Dolly’s wording is deliberately suggestive. “Lick my bombaclaat” treats the swear word as though it were something on her body that could be licked. The sexual reading comes from her sentence, helped by the anatomical history buried inside the word, rather than from bombaclaat ordinarily meaning vagina.

Rat-a-tat-tat is an old sound-word for a rapid series of sharp noises. Oxford gives knocking on a door and bullets being fired quickly as examples.

That makes the gunfire echo hard to miss, especially in a rap song. Dolly, though, attaches “my” to it: my ratatata. Coming right after “lick my bombaclaat,” the phrase doubles as a coy name for what she is talking about sexually.

There is no established slang definition of ratatata meaning female genitalia. The line works because the sound and the sexual context are laid on top of each other.

This comes from punani, vulgar Caribbean slang for the vagina. Collins records the word with exactly that meaning and gives its origin as twentieth-century Caribbean slang.
Dolly stretches punani into poonananana, letting the extra na-na-na run alongside the ta-ta-ta of ratatata. The meaning is still there, but the word has been pulled apart to suit the hook.

That choice is significant to the character of the song. Her confidence does not depend on claiming that her outfit is Gucci, Chanel or another expensive designer label. The outfit, purse and heels are all presented as SHEIN purchases, yet she still enters the night feeling completely desirable and self-assured.

Baow is a familiar rap ad-lib, often written to imitate a gunshot. It does not mean Dolly is literally talking about a gun in the SHEIN line. It works more like percussion here, landing at the end of the bar.

The line is literal first: Dolly is talking about the pink blush she has put on as part of her makeup.

It also fits the image she had already built around herself before Pink Blush. Dolly’s official page calls her the “Prettiest rapper in the world” and prominently features releases and branding such as Girly Girl, Get Cute and “Lipgloss & Eyelashes.” Pink makeup, bows and an exaggerated girly look are already part of the Dolly Babe persona, so the title phrase feels closely tied to her own image rather than being a random makeup detail.

There is also a small wordplay in blush itself. A blush can mean the cosmetic, but it can also mean the natural pink or reddish colour that appears on someone’s face. The song uses the cosmetic meaning directly, while the second meaning sits naturally beside a track about attraction and feeling sexy.
