USING TRACKDECODED
Terms of Use
Rules for using TrackDecoded, optional accounts, community submissions, corrections and external services.
Last updated: September 26, 2026
These Terms apply when you use TrackDecoded, including public Songs and Stories, optional accounts, community contribution tools and contact features. Browsing does not require an account.
Accounts and acceptable use
An account is optional. If you create one, provide accurate information needed for the service, protect access to it and do not use the website to impersonate others, upload malicious material, harass people, evade security controls or interfere with normal operation.
Your submissions
You remain responsible for material you submit and should only submit material you have the right to provide. By sending a contribution for review, you give TrackDecoded a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, edit for formatting or clarity, display and distribute the submitted contribution as reasonably necessary to review it, publish an accepted version, credit it and operate the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your underlying work to TrackDecoded.
Accuracy, corrections and editorial decisions
TrackDecoded aims to distinguish sourced facts from interpretation, but errors can occur. Editorial acceptance, rejection, editing, correction, updating or removal decisions remain subject to evidence, rights, safety and editorial requirements.
Copyright and removal requests
If you believe material infringes rights you control, use the contact form and identify the work, relevant URL, your relationship to the rights holder and the action requested.
External services
TrackDecoded may link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube or Google sign-in. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Suspension and availability
Accounts or contribution access may be limited where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, repeated policy violations or legal requirements. Features may change, be interrupted or be discontinued.
Disclaimers and changes
TrackDecoded is provided on an as-available basis. Nothing on the site should be treated as professional legal, medical or financial advice. These Terms may be updated as the service changes; continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms.
